At Gulabchand Prints, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your handcrafted ethnic wear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 48 hours at no additional cost for domestic orders.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged size within 5-7 business days.
